Learn about the history and progress of Media Fusion by exploring our timeline.
In 1995, Tim McElyea steps away from a successful career with a major tech company and co-founds Media Fusion with the goal of providing storytelling services to customers using state-of-the-art technology.
Our relationship with NASA begins as Media Fusion is hired to tell the complex story of the X-37 aircraft in a clear way. Using the ground-breaking technology of the time, the resulting multimedia project lands Media Fusion on the cover of Aviation Week.
Our founders’ tribal heritage leads to 8(a) certification by the U.S. Small Business Administration, giving our small business the opportunity to serve the federal marketplace.
Thanks to our focus on customer satisfaction, Media Fusion wins its first prime contract supporting communications at NASA Headquarters.
Working on the frontlines of what would become an industry-shaping push to reignite space exporation, Media Fusion develops the first public-facing animation of the NASA rocket designed to take humanity to the Moon and beyond.
Stretching from 25 employees to 125 across numerous contracts and customers, our company proudly appears on the annual Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies… three years in a row.
In a natural progression from our community roots and dedication to serving a bigger purpose, Media Fusion is added to the portfolio of the rapidly expanding enterprise of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, the only federally recognized Indian Tribe in Alabama.
Building upon 25 years of success and the recent Tribal acquisition, Media Fusion provides key personnel and past performance to help establish PCI Productions, offering expanded 8(a) opportunities to our customers and our team.
Media Fusion celebrates PCI Productions winning the NASA Communications Services agency-wide contract. As we look to the future, this distinction shows that our team is committed to continued excellence in customer service and communications support.
