Media Fusion Helps UAHuntsville Launch a New Web Site!

Media Fusion worked with UAHuntsville to design and build a web site using a CMS (Content Management System) that gives the University the control they need to maintain the look and feel of this growing and dynamic University. The web site also allows the many stakeholders in the University site the ability to edit and update their content without the need for a professional web developer. Media Fusion was excited to be a part of this important project with such a prominent member of our community.

The story focuses on Media Fusion’s first prime contract at NASA HQ in 2007, the CSSC. X-47B Unmanned Combat Air System Demonstration aircraft

Media Fusion has gotten the Edwards Base Multimedia Services contract off the ground and we have pictures to prove it. Photographer Christian Turner grabbed several nice shots of the X-47B Unmanned Combat Air System Demonstration aircraft last week. The program is managed by Northrop Grumman and our test Ops team of aerial photographers were there to support and document the mission.

Tara McCoy is considered a “Safety Innovator” at Dryden. Supporting the CATSS contract she has been honored with the 2011 QASAR Award for safety, quality, leadership, productivity, performance, teamwork, and improvement throughout NASA. The QASAR Award Program promotes quality, safety, leadership, productivity, performance, teamwork, and improvement throughout NASA. The award recognizes individual government and contractor employees at NASA Headquarters (HQ) and Centers who have demonstrated exemplary performance in contributing to the quality and/or safety of products, services, processes, or management programs and activities. Congratulations to Tara for her dedication to excellence and raising the bar for safety and team leadership.

NASA Dryden recognizes excellence in customer service and performance with the Dryden Peer Awards. Nominees for this award are made by coworkers and customers. We are proud to recognize that Media Fusion team received all three nominations for our categories this year. Congratulations go out to Mary Luke for the Can-Do-Attitude Award and Heidi Boyden and Gail Anton for the Administrative Award.

Media Fusion Helps National Children's Advocacy Center

Media Fusion recently helped the National Children’s Advocacy Center launch two new websites.

www.nationalcac.org is the main site for the NCAC, which has revolutionized our nation’s response to child abuse.

www.weareyoucan.org is a web site devoted to showing people how to protect our children from abuse. This web site includes a Public Service Announcement by NFL quarterback Drew Brees!

Local Company Wins Multiple Telly Awards

HUNTSVILLE, AL – Media Fusion has won two Telly Awards which honor creative excellence for communications professionals. The winning projects for 2011 include: NASA – Mission-X "Train Like an Astronaut" as well as Emerson "Cloud Ready".

The work created for NASA is first-of-it's-kind outreach project that brings together 14 different space agencies and partner institutions to teach students how to "Train Like an Astronaut.".

The "Cloud Ready" series of video's explains how Avocent / Emerson Network Power can help companies turn their infrastructure from "Cloud Risky to Cloud Ready".

Media Fusion is a Small Business founded in 1995 and provides communications, multimedia, graphics, Internet, video, photography, administrative, and technical services to commercial and government customers. Products created for their clients have been nationally broadcast, and their multimedia is regularly honored with regional and international awards.
